It has an average solar irradiation of 5.5 kWh per square meter per day, wind resources in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec and geothermal potential. The key is to distinguish what knowledge is indispensable from the beginning and what can be developed through internal training.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Why HR Must Anticipate Renewable Talent<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anticipation will be a competitive advantage for renewable energy companies in Mexico. When HR gets involved late, hiring becomes reactive. The project is already moving, the team is already under pressure and the vacancy appears as an urgency. In that scenario, the company tends to search quickly, negotiate with less leverage and depend on an increasingly competitive talent market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By contrast, when HR participates from the feasibility stage, it can build a more precise understanding of the project.
